Pasta

Trying to find a good pasta can be hard and there's no way I've reached my goal yet. However I figure I might as well share my quest and hopefully get some insight from anyone who actually finds this blog. I digress.

So far I've found that pasta is usually made from Semolina or Durum Flour, both of which I need to research. Wheat, I recently read, is not as good for you as people make it out to be. Especially if your having sinus problems it's probably not a good idea. More on that later though.

Here are three different types of pasta that I've been fooling around with. Before I bothered caring about what I ate I would just eat whatever pasta was available. Usually Ronzoni brand rotini or penne.
